Finance Analyst

About the role

Seeking a talented Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Jakarta office. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the analysis and reporting functions.

What you'll be doing

• Analyse financial data and produce insightful reports to support business decision-making
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Conduct variance analysis and identify trends and patterns in financial data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and recommendations
• Support the implementation of financial systems and processes
• Participate in the development and improvement of financial reporting and controls

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience as auditors and a background in or exposure to the manufacturing industry are preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
• Proficient in using financial analysis tools, such as Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
