Finance Analyst - 3-Month Contract - Melbourne
Immediate Start | $50 per hour + super

FourQuarters are working exclusively on an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join an already established & listed business on an initial 3-month contract.
 
This would suit a junior-to-mid-level Finance Analyst who enjoys working with data, has strong Excel skills and is comfortable getting into the detail.
 
The Role
Reporting into a senior finance leader and working closely with key stakeholders across the business, you will support a project focused on reviewing, organising and improving financial data.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and cleansing asset data
• Assisting with the clean-up and maintenance of the asset register
• Working through large volumes of financial and operational data
• Identifying discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy
• Using Excel to analyse, reconcile and manipulate data
• Working within JDS and supporting broader finance requirements as needed
• Partnering closely with finance and operational stakeholders throughout the project

About You:
We are looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable working through data independently.
 
Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Finance Analyst or similar
• CA/CPA qualification
• Exposure to fixed assets, asset accounting or asset registers
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• The ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
