Finance Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented person with a strong background in Accounting/Finance to support the Portfolio Group Head in financial analysis, business planning, reporting, and administrative matters.

This position will work closely with the Portfolio Group Head to prepare ROI calculations, Payback Period (PBP), financial forecasts, business projections, budgeting, and management presentations to support business and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare financial forecasts, business projections, cash flow projections, and P&L simulations.

Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial and operational data from various business units.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Analyst, Accounting, Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or related roles.

Strong understanding of financial statements and financial modelling.

Able to prepare ROI, PBP, BEP, cash flow, forecast, and project feasibility analysis.

Good presentation skills.

Experience in hospitality, F&B, property, or investment-related businesses.

Experience with Power BI would be an advantage.
