Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and management reports.
• Monitor company budgets, expenses, revenues, and financial performance.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify significant changes or discrepancies in financial results.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved profitability.
• Prepare financial models, projections, and presentations for management review.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other financial activities as assigned.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Gather, validate, and organize financial information from various departments and sources.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Operations, and other departments regarding financial matters.
• Ensure financial data is accurate, complete, and properly documented.
• Assist with audits and provide required financial schedules and supporting documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and comply with company policies and applicable accounting and financial regulations.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Amenable to work near San Martin de Porres, Parañaque City, Metro Manila

Pay: Php35,000.00 per month
