Finance Analyst

Position Overview

The Finance Analyst will support the finance team in managing day-to-day financial operations, compliance, and reporting. who have developed strong expertise in corporate finance, accounting, and process improvement. The Finance Analyst will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes while collaborating with business teams to support growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Operations
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Handle invoicing, billing, and tracking of payments to ensure timely closure.
• Prepare and review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial records.
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor variances and provide inputs for financial analysis.
• Support P&L reporting and financial planning activities.
• Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure adherence to statutory and local compliance requirements.
• Prepare audit schedules and support external/internal audits.
• Maintain accurate documentation for financial transactions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field; MBA/CA preferred.
• 2-6 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in IT services, consulting, or technology organizations.
• Hands-on exposure to AP, AR, invoicing, billing, P&L, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance and audit processes.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems/ERP tools.
