Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and periodic financial projections
• Prepare and analyse monthly management reports, including P&L and variance analysis
• Assist in analysing outlet/store performance, COGS, labour costs and operating expenses
• Assist with month-end reporting and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information
• Work closely with Operations and other stakeholders to understand performance and provide financial insights
• Maintain and improve financial models, reporting templates and dashboards
• Participate in process improvement and reporting automation initiatives
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and management requests
• Provide occasional administrative and coordination support to the Finance team, where required

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or a recognised professional accounting qualification such as ACCA
• Approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting or FP&A; fresh graduates with strong analytical capabilities may also be considered
• Good understanding of P&L and basic accounting concepts
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Power BI, ERP or financial reporting systems would be an advantage
• Good communication skills and willingness to work with different business stakeholders
• Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership
