Finance Analyst

• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance for business decision-making
• Support financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and identification of key business drivers
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes by providing reliable historical data and insights
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure alignment between financial statements and management reports
• Support financial data consolidation across entities, including reconciliation and data validation
• Contribute to development and enhancement of reporting dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Support IPO readiness, including preparation of financial data, disclosures, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory reporting requirements
• Assist in audit processes by preparing required schedules and supporting documentation
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, systems, and data accuracy

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent is a plus
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or related roles
• Strong experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and management reporting
• Exposure to budgeting and forecasting processes is preferred
• Experience in IPO preparation, IPO reporting, or working in a listed company is highly preferred
• Good understanding of IFRS/PSAK and financial statement structures
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus)
