Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance Operations

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and perform bank, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing, financial schedules and preparation of supporting documents.
• Maintain accounting records in ERP system and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and on time.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare monthly financial reports and analyse revenue, expenses, profitability and budget variances.
• Monitor outlet-level financial performance and identify trends, cost drivers and opportunities for improvement.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow monitoring.
• Provide financial insights to help management understand business performance and make informed decisions.

Business & Operational Support

• Review existing finance processes and reporting practices to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis, business evaluations and special projects as required by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in finance, accounting or financial analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with hands-on experience in ERP systems preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and derive actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience in multi-outlet, retail, healthcare, hospitality or service-based businesses is an added advantage.
