Job Description

• Reviews and evaluates cash advance requests
• Checks the validity of reimbursements / replenishments.
• Prepares daily cash flow. Check available cash and prepares request for fund transfer if cash is deemed insufficient
• Validates delivery receipts / Sales Invoices and records purchases made on credit
• Prepares payment due to suppliers.
• Reconciles with suppliers in case of discrepancies of billings versus records.
• Ensure collection of Sale s and Receivables
• Review cash advances and prepare reminder letter
• Update and review balance sheet accounts.
• Billings to clients/affiliates on time
• Computation of moving average cost of materials
• Conduct actual inventory count.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Financial Management/Accounting Technology
• At least with 1 year related work experience
• Willing to assigned in Dolores Capas Tarlac City.
