Why This Role Matters

As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping business decisions by providing accurate financial insights and strategic analysis. Your work will directly impact the success of our programs, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports (P&L, budgets, and forecasts)
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights
• Conduct variance analysis and identify trends and cost-saving opportunities
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes
• Perform cost and profitability analysis for projects and operations
• Support strategic planning through financial modeling and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, accounting)

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret data and present clear financial insights
• Experience in education, training, or service industry is an advantage
