Finance Analyst (FP&A & Compliance)

About the role

This role focuses on Finance Planning & Analysis and BOI Compliance & Cross-functional Data Coordination, supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance activities across operational departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing annual operating budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans across operational departments
• Perform month-end closing activities, including the review and posting of relevant journal entries or adjustments
• Monitor, track, and analyze Operational Expenses (OPEX) and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) against budgets; identify key variances and recommend cost-saving opportunities
• Conduct scenario and feasibility analyses (e.g., Make vs. Buy, Equipment ROI, In-house vs. Outsource) to evaluate business cases and operational trade-offs
• Work closely with operational and supply chain teams to understand core cost drivers and support financial decision-making
• Coordinate cross-functionally to gather, organize, and validate required financial data and documentation for BOI filings and compliance submissions
• Maintain structured financial records, digital filing systems, and backup documentation to support internal/external audits and BOI performance reporting
• Support the Accounting team during month-end closing by reconciling OPEX/CAPEX entries with BOI asset categories where applicable

About you

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Management Accounting
• Manufacturing background or BOI experience is a plus
• Fair-to-good command of English in both written and spoken communication
• High proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced functions, Financial Modeling, Power Query)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
• High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving ability, and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with non-finance partners
