What they need
- Analyse/review all overhead recharges monthly
- Prepare pre-audit files
- Liaise with auditors & tax agent, resolve audit & tax queries
- Post month-end journal entries
- Post bank entries for dormant companies and update intercompany reconciliation weekly
- Prepare monthly trial balance, identify and prepare adjustment journals
- Prepare Monthly Management Accounts (MMA) Reports
- Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliation monthly
- Identify required adjustments and prepare journals
- Monthly Fixed Asset management: Addition, Disposal & Depreciation postings
- Assist on adhoc tasks
