• Support sales KPI tracking and performance reporting.
• Assist in calculating sales commissions and incentive payouts.
• Analyze sales data and prepare dashboards/reports.
• Support bonus scheme design and performance monitoring.
• Work closely with Sales and Finance teams on ad-hoc analysis.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related majors.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Basic understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.• Knowledge of Power BI or SQL is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
