Finance Analyst – Junior

Job Description The finance analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, recording, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will process and reconcile finance-related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will provide support during night shift corresponding to US EST working hours and be part of the Finance team.

Tasks/Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely turnaround on all payables for various entities
• Utilize complex cost center and intercompany allocation methodologies
• Assist with projects that entail analysis and reconciliation
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers
• Meet various deliverables for monthly and quarterly financial close
• Collaborate with AP team for best practices and process improvement

Requirements Skills/Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable
• Strong data entry experience and slod research skills
• Experience in Microsoft Office
• Utmost attention to detail
• Be attentive to management questions and meetings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
• Embrace values of teamwork, accountability, and diligence
• Technical skills: MS Excel, Microsoft Office, Financial Systems

Education

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related discipline.
