Finance Analyst – Milan

About The Role We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team in Milan and play a key role in supporting our financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes.

You’ll work across FP&A , budgeting , forecasting , reporting , and financial analysis , transforming financial and operational data into clear insights that help shape business decisions and support the growth of a fast-scaling company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
• Build and maintain financial models covering P&L, cash flow, scenarios, and business planning
• Monitor and analyze key SaaS metrics, including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, burn rate, and runway
• Prepare management reporting and contribute to board and investor reporting
• Perform variance analysis and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with Commercial, Product, and Operations teams to support data-driven decision-making
• Contribute to fundraising, due diligence, and strategic finance projects
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and analytical capabilities

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, audit, or a similar analytical role
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Confidence in building, interpreting, and communicating financial models
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Advanced Excel / spreadsheet skills and experience working with large datasets
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Fluent English
• Based in Milan or willing to relocate

Nice To Have

• Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up
• Exposure to fundraising, investor reporting, or M&A
• Knowledge of BI tools or ERP systems
• Experience working in international or cross-border finance environments
