Finance Analyst ( NRE Controller)

该职位来源于猎聘 The NRE Controller is responsible for tracking NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering) costs, monitoring project milestones, and providing data-driven insights to improve the E2E process continuously. Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the key coordinator between R&D and Finance, resolve cross-departmental conflicts. Ensure effective information sharing and collaboration to avoid delays and ensure product cost is accuracy and visible anytime.
• NRE Cost Control Track and control NRE costs (including R&D testing, tooling, prototype production, etc.), establish cost baselines, and monitor cost deviations. Work with the finance and procurement teams to review NRE cost proposals, optimize cost structures, and ensure that NRE expenses are within the approved budget. Provide regular NRE cost reports to the management team.
• Process Optimization

Continuously analyze the E2E process, identify inefficiencies and pain points, and propose and implement process improvement measures. Collect feedback from cross-functional teams, summarize best practices, and update the process framework to improve launch efficiency and lower costs. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or accounting.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Finance planning or business controlling
• Strong ability in project planning, milestone tracking, and risk management.
• Familiar with NRE cost control methods, able to analyze cost data and propose optimization suggestions.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills, able to resolve conflicts and promote team collaboration.
• Proficient in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Project), familiar with SAP system is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English, able to work in a bilingual environment.
