What they need
We're hiring a Finance Analyst for our Gurgaon team to drive FP&A, cost reporting, and plant finance across 100+ plants in 15+ countries.
Requirements:
Qualified MBA Finance / Cost Accountant, 5–8 yrs post-qualification experience
Background in FP&A or MIS Reporting
FMCG / Manufacturing experience preferred
Mandatory: SAP S4 HANA (FI Module)
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint; Power BI a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Month-end close & MIS reporting
Automation of financial reporting
Cost reporting & savings tracking (procurement + manufacturing)
Budgeting, variance analysis, GL accounting
Capex monitoring & governance
