Audit Coordination

Reporting Line 
Reports to the Senior Finance Manager

Role Purpose 
Provide audit coordination and finance support for external financial audits, help manage audit requirements and follow-ups, and support the Finance team in organizing schedules, documents, and submissions. The role is intended to provide execution support and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate audit requests, timelines, and document submissions between PwC and internal stakeholders

• Maintain PBC lists, audit trackers, and follow-up schedules

• Prepare and assist with basic audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting analyses

• Compile, organize, and check completeness of audit supporting documents

• Monitor audit issues, pending requests, and management responses

• Support process documentation, walkthroughs, and control-related requests

• Maintain an organized audit working paper repository

• Provide regular status updates on audit requests and pending items to the Senior Finance Manager

• Support other finance and reporting tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in audit, audit support, accounting, or financial reporting

• Experience in external audit, internal audit, or finance support is acceptable

• Exposure to working with external auditors is preferred, but not required

• Experience in multi-entity environments is an advantage, but not required

• Flexible to work on morning and mid-shift schedules

• Willing to work in a hybrid setup

• Open to reporting onsite in Alabang

Required Skills

• Basic to good understanding of accounting and financial statement support requirements

• Good reconciliation and documentation skills

• Strong organization and follow-up discipline

• Working knowledge of Excel

• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage

• Clear written and verbal communication

• Willingness to learn and work closely with internal stakeholders
