Finance Analyst / Senior Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities

1. Product P&L & Performance Analysis

• Analyse weekly and monthly Product P&L performance by country and

product

• Perform performance and variance analysis vs Budget and Prior Period

• Identify key revenue, cost, and margin drivers and flag performance risks early

• Support Regional Finance Director with insights for product and commercial

discussions

2. New Product Launch Tracking

• Track new product launch performance (revenue ramp-up, marketing spend,

burn rate)

• Monitor launch KPIs and highlight under-performance or improvement

opportunities

• Support post-launch reviews and optimisation discussions

3. Cost & Margin Analysis

Analyse major cost categories including Marketing, Channel Fees, Royalties, and

Employee Cost, Networking Cost

• Support margin bridge analysis (Actual vs Budget, YoY)

• Assist in identifying cost efficiency and optimisation opportunities

4. Month-End & Console Reporting

• Support month-end consolidation and reporting

• Work with country finance teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions

• Prepare standard management reporting schedules and summaries

5. Reporting Automation & Tools

• Maintain and enhance automated reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI,

etc.)

• Improve reporting efficiency through templates and structured models

• Reduce manual reporting and improve turnaround time
