Finance Analyst/Management Accountant

EMPOWERMENT is exclusively partnered with a PE-backed Financial Services client who are seeking 2 talented, and recently qualified, accountants to join their expanding team. Reporting to the Head of Accounting, and working with senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for owning the month-end process and all financials for your designated entities.

Responsibilities:

• Own the accounting and reporting for designated legal entities
• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, delivering financial analysis and variance explanation
• Group reporting to include supporting group consolidations & intercompany reconciliations
• Support internal & external audit activities and ensure compliance with Group accounting policies
• Play a pivotal role in identifying operational efficiences, supporting automation and increasing controls

Experience:

• Recently qualified chartered accountant (0-2 PQE) with experience in preparing management accounts
• Big four trained in Ireland, with experience in the audit of Investment Managers/Fund Administrators/Corporate Service providers
• Multi-entity accounting experience, knowledge of various accounting standards and Power BI highly advantageous
• Superior communication skills
