Finance & Accounting Admin

Looking for your next career opportunity? We're looking for a Finance & Accounting Admin to join our ASUS team and support our daily finance and accounting operations.

Job Description:

• Perform daily finance and accounting administrative tasks, including document checking and filing.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and other finance-related administrative processes.
• Support tax administration, including PPN and PPh documentation.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting administration, including invoice verification, document filing, and tax documentation (PPN and PPh).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic English proficiency, particularly in written communication.
• Able to work on-site at Kelapa Gading, Jakarta, available to join immediately, and open to a contract-based position.
