Finance & Accounting Analyst

About the Role:

Performs financial and accounting analysis and administration to ensure accurate, timely, and well-documented financial data, supporting strategic decision-making for management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record, review, and reconcile financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare supporting data for periodic financial statements and ensure complete transaction documentation.
• Conduct bank, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and related account reconciliations.
• Perform actual vs. budget variance analysis and explain material discrepancies.
• Prepare financial analysis, cost tracking, and cash flow monitoring reports.
• Support cost control measures and ensure compliance with the approval matrix.
• Organize and maintain financial archives systematically for easy retrieval and auditability.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with tax administration under the direction of the manager.
• Prepare routine financial reports and interactive dashboards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Strong skills in financial analysis and reconciliation techniques.
• Basic knowledge of tax regulations and internal control mechanisms.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
