Finance & Accounting Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Finance & Accounting Staff to support our company's daily accounting and finance operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly EWT and VAT.

• Prepare QAP, SLS, SAWT, 1604-E, and other required BIR reports.

• Assist in preparing BIR Letter of Authority (LOA) documents and requirements.

• Assist in the processing and monitoring of BIR, local government, and other government taxes, licenses, and permits.

• Maintain and update the Books of Accounts and accountable forms.

• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and supporting schedules.

• Assist in the analysis and preparation of bank reconciliations.

• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or related field

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information

• Willingness to learn and grow in accounting

• Experience in AP, AR, or general accounting is an advantage
