Requirements:
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan, Perpajakan, atau jurusan terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 6 bulan di bidang Finance & Accounting.
- Memahami proses invoice verification, invoice matching, payment processing, dan pencatatan jurnal.
- Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk pengolahan data dan monitoring keuangan.
- Teliti, detail-oriented, terorganisir, dan memiliki kemampuan analisa serta komunikasi yang baik.
Job Descriptions:
- Melakukan verifikasi, matching, dan processing invoice untuk memastikan kelengkapan dan kesesuaian dokumen.
- Menyiapkan cash flow dan payment forecast serta melakukan monitoring kebutuhan pembayaran.
- Menyiapkan dan mencatat purchase invoice serta journal entry secara akurat.
- Melakukan bank maker dan payment execution sesuai prosedur perusahaan.
- Melakukan pengecekan dan rekonsiliasi data transaksi untuk memastikan pencatatan Finance & Accounting akurat dan tepat waktu.
