Role Description This is a full-time Finance and Accounting role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines office presence and some work from home. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements and management reports to support decision-making. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate accounting records, performing reconciliations, monitoring cash flow, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities. The position also requires supporting audit processes, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies, and identifying opportunities to improve financial controls and reporting efficiency. The individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders, communicate financial insights clearly, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Solid knowledge of finance principles and experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial statements and related reports.
• Foundational accounting skills, including general ledger management and reconciliations.
• Effective communication skills for presenting financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) are an advantage.
• Experience with accounting and ERP software, as well as strong Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables).
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and commitment to ethical and compliant financial practices.
