About the role

Our sister company, Pawdeli, is seeking a highly skilled Finance & Accounting professional to join our dynamic team in Mengwi, Badung, Bali. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of our esteemed organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee and direct the company's financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures to safeguard the company's assets
• Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making and drive financial performance
• Manage the accounting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax requirements

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Finance & Accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing company.
• Proven track record of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proficient in the use of financial software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Thorough understanding of financial regulations and tax compliance
