Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments, and receipts.
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents, invoices, receipts, payment requests, and supporting documents.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of accounting records.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Monitor company cash flow, expenses, and outstanding payments.
• Prepare and submit tax-related documents, including VAT, withholding tax, and other applicable taxes.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Ensure all accounting and financial documents comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist with budgeting, financial analysis, and expense monitoring.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting and financial documents.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and Thai tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
