Finance & Accounting Department Manager

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, control, and monitor all accounting and financial operations in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant laws.

• Lead, manage, and develop the accounting & Finance team to achieve organizational goals.

• Identify and secure funding sources to enhance the company's liquidity, ensuring maximum benefit to the organization

• Provide financial analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to support strategic decision-making.

• Manage cash flow and plan capital utilization effectively to ensure organizational liquidity.

• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable (AR/AP) and verify the accuracy of all accounting documentation.

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. (GL, TB, BS, P&L, Financial Statements) to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Consolidate financial and accounting data for annual budget preparation, present to management, and oversee budget utilization and control

• Manage the annual financial closing process for external audit certification and corporate income tax filing

• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes in a timely and efficient manne

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional accounting certification (CPA, CPD, TA) is preferred.

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in accounting and finance.

• At least 5 year of experience at a supervisory or management level.

• Excellent understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Strong knowledge of Thai accounting systems (TFRS/IFRS) and Thai tax regulations.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP, Express) and Microsoft Excel.

• leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Problem solving and initiative.

• Work individual with each other.

• Communication skill, English excellency is a must and preferable.
