Finance & Accounting Head

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Finance & Accounting Head to lead finance, accounting, and purchasing across multiple international entities.

This role is not just about reporting numbers; you will design financial systems, improve processes, and drive profitability across the group.

You will act as a key business partner to the CEO and leadership team, shaping financial strategy and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Finance, Accounting, and Purchasing functions (in-house and outsourced teams)
• Build and execute financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and dashboards
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting across multiple entities
• Drive cost optimization, pricing strategy, and profitability improvements
• Ensure full compliance with BIR, IRS, IRD, and other regulatory bodies
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial controls
• Oversee tax filings, statutory reporting, and audit readiness
• Handle intercompany transactions and transfer pricing across entities
• Partner with Sales, Operations, HR, Legal, and Leadership teams on financial decisions
• Support business growth through financial modeling and insight

Preferred Background (Strong Advantage)

Audit Firm Experience
Early career experience in audit is highly valued for strong fundamentals in controls, compliance, and financial discipline.

ERP Implementation Experience
Hands-on experience in ERP implementation (e.g., Odoo or similar) is a strong advantage. Ability to design and improve systems—not just operate them.

Leadership Experience
Proven ability to manage and hold teams accountable for delivery, including:

• Meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Reviewing and validating outputs
• Coaching and mentoring team members
• Taking ownership of outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior finance roles
• Experience in multi-entity or international operations
• Strong background in financial reporting, taxation, and FP&A
