Finance & Accounting Head

• Manage and oversee the company’s daily accounting and finance activities.
• Supervise the Finance team by coordinating assignments, monitoring performance, and providing guidance.
• Track revenue, operating expenses, cash flow, profitability, and overall financial results.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Evaluate financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, potential risks, and areas for improvement.
• Monitor the financial performance of e-commerce operations and various sales platforms.
• Review sales figures, operating expenses, platform and other costs to assess business profitability.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, collections, disbursements, and account reconciliations.
• Establish and maintain reliable financial controls, accounting procedures, and internal processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance financial performance.
• Ensure financial records and reports are accurate, properly maintained, and completed within required timelines.
• Work closely with different departments regarding budgets, expenses, sales performance, and other financial concerns.
• Help ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax requirements, and company policies.
• Handle other finance and accounting responsibilities that may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Practical experience handling AR, AP, billing, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
• Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting financial and business information.
• Familiarity with financial KPIs, profitability analysis, revenue monitoring, and expense management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and people-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of accounting or financial management systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Background in e-commerce or online retail operations is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in Taytay, Rizal.
