Finance & Accounting (Intern)

Key Responsibilities

As a Finance & Accounting Intern, you will:

• To be responsible for all accounts payable activities including invoice receipt and posting it into the accounting system.
• To assist in perform monthly creditor reconciliation.
• To assist in perform monthly Bank reconciliation.
• To assist in prepare monthly suppliers payments.
• To assists in maintenance of fixed asset listing and monthly depreciation, as well as Year End fixed asset physical sighting and counting.
• To assist in external audits and tax reporting.
• To assist in month end closing reporting.
• Ensure proper maintenance of records and filling in systematic and timely manner.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• Possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting related majors and require an internship placement.
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop practical knowledge in Finance and Accounting operation
• Possess basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Have strong attention to detail and are comfortable working with data and numerical information.
• Are self-motivated, responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Are willing to be based in Pulau Indah, Klang.

Internship Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Allowance: RM1,200
• Transportation Allowance: RM300 per month
• Commencement Date: To be discussed
• Internship Availability: Available for a 6-month internship, or a 3-month internship with an immediate start date. Alternative arrangements can be discussed.
• Annual Leave: 1 day per month
• Medical Leave: 14 days for the entire internship period
• Working days & hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
