Finance and Accounting Manager (55712)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee financial management and accounting operations. You will be responsible for monthly closing, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, audit coordination, and financial systems while supporting management with accurate and timely financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly closing activities and ensure timely completion of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including BOI, taxation, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide the necessary information and documentation for audits.
• Develop and maintain finance and accounting systems to support project implementation, financial management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure financial management activities comply with TFRS and the highest ethical and professional standards.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial management reports for management review.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Develop training and staff development plans to strengthen the finance and accounting team.
• Manage and support the team to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.

What we're looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Professional accounting certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in financial management.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven experience in developing and managing large budgets.
• Business-level English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with financial reporting and regulatory compliance requirements.
• High proficiency in MS AX, Navision, D365, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
