Finance & Accounting Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager with a strong understanding of the restaurant business to oversee the overall finance and accounting functions while improving cost management, financial performance, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting and finance functions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and systematic processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, P&L, cash flow statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze food cost, labor cost, inventory, and operating expenses to improve cost efficiency.
• Oversee tax compliance, external audits, and internal controls.
• Analyze business performance and provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
• Lead, manage, and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
• Work closely with the Operations and Purchasing teams to control costs, improve processes, and maximize profitability.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Proven experience in the restaurant, F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, with a solid understanding of P&L, food cost, inventory management, and cash flow.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.
