About the role
Managing the full spectrum of accounting functions for group of companies.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare various management reports periodically and ad-hoc basis
- Liaise with company secretary, external auditors, tax agent, regulatory bodies, lawyers and bankers
- Communications with Board of Directors and Shareholders
- Tax planning and compliance
- Ensure regulatory and corporate compliance
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or ACCA or other relevant qualifications
- Possess relevant working experience
- Good communication skill and team player
- Well organized, meticulous and analytical mind
- Able to work in Temerloh, Pahang
- Experience in Property Development, Construction or Real Estates
- Experience in handling group consolidated accounts
- Experience in public listed company or IPO processes
