Finance & Accounting Manager

The International Downtown Association (IDA) is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting and financial operations for both IDA and its affiliated foundation. This newly created position offers the opportunity to build, improve and manage accounting processes while working closely with organizational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• General ledger management
• Monthly and year-end close
• Financial statement preparation
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Bank reconciliations and cash management
• Payroll support
• Grant and contract reporting
• Audit coordination
• Financial systems administration and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field preferred
• 3-5+ years of accounting or financial operations experience
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Understanding of GAAP principles
• Nonprofit or association accounting experience preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
