Position Overview

• Location: Asoke, Bangkok
• Compensation: 55,000 - 60,000 THB + Mobile allowance + Provident Fund + Access to company performance bonus scheme + Health & Life Insurance

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Finance & Accounting Manager to lead our full-loop financial operations and mentor a team of 1-2 direct reports. In this role, you will manage cash flow, navigate complex retail commercial terms, and leverage financial data to maximize business profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise 1-2 finance and accounting staff. Reports to foreign director.
• Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, corporate P&Ls, and Balance Sheets.
• Cash Flow Management: Direct rolling forecasts, AP/AR structures, and working capital cycles.
• Financial Budgets & Forecasts: Plan and monitor company budgets.
• Payroll Management: Oversee and review payroll processes.
• Trade Agreements: Reconcile Modern Trade commercial terms, net settlements, and credit notes.
• Data & Analytics: Compute sales commission structures, build Excel dashboards, and provide margin/OPEX insights.
• Tax Compliance: Oversee statutory tax filings including VAT, Withholding Tax, CIT 50, and CIT 51.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 5–7 years of full-loop accounting experience, with proven exposure to Modern Trade channels in Thailand.
• Technical Skills: Good English skills, Advanced Excel proficiency, solid ERP experience, and a deep understanding of TFRS 15 / IFRS 15.
