Finance and Accounting Manager

Qualifications

• Financial Reporting and Internal controls
• General Accounting Principles and Concepts
• Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Familiarity with US GAAP and corporate accounting policies.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, or equivalent financial systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Understanding of reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
• Knowledge of process documentation, workflow design, and standard operating procedures.
• Deep understanding of finance and accounting operations.
• Strong leadership and organizational management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and multiple service lines simultaneously.
• Expertise in process improvement, automation, and transformation methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical capabilities.
• Experience managing complex organizational change initiatives.
