Finance and Accounting Manager

Praisindo is looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Finance & Accounting under a Hybrid work arrangement.

If you have experience in preparing IFRS/PSAK-based financial statements, hold Brevet certifications, and are familiar with corporate tax compliance, we would love to have you on board!

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Experienced in preparing full set financial statements based on PSAK (IFRS-based).
• Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate tax compliance.
• Familiar with audit processes and working paper preparation.
• Brevet B certification required (Brevet C preferred).
• Able to handle monthly closing, cash flow projections, and financial analysis independently.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and capable of fiscal reconciliation.
• Fluent in English (written & verbal) for communication with regional holding company.
• High integrity, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare full set financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow) in accordance with PSAK (IFRS-based).
• Perform accurate and timely monthly closing.
• Prepare financial reports for the regional holding company (Malaysia).
• Manage operational cash flow and prepare projections.
• Conduct budget vs actual and project profitability analysis.
• Manage corporate tax compliance and prepare monthly & annual tax returns.
• Prepare audit working papers and coordinate with external auditors.
• Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
