Finance and Accounting Manager (Data Center, Construction)

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Lead the overall finance and accounting functions, acting as a key business partner to support management decisions and future succession to CFO.

2.     Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with TFRS and group requirements, including audit and statutory matters.

3.     Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth, particularly in project-based (EPC) operations and investment decisions.

4.     Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to monitor financial results and identify risks and opportunities.

5.     Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning, and treasury management to ensure financial stability and efficiency.

6.     Establish and enhance finance processes, systems, and internal controls within a fast-growing or newly set-up organization.

7.     Act as the key liaison with HQ and regional teams to ensure alignment with group policies, reporting standards, and strategic direction.

Skills & Qualifications:

●     Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

●     Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is a plus.

●     8–12 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

●     Prior experience in multinational environment and HQ reporting

●     Strong exposure to project-based industries (EPC / construction / data center preferred)

●     Experience in new setup, transformation, or fast-growing business environments.

●     Solid knowledge of TFRS, tax, and regulatory compliance in Thailand.

●     Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and financial reporting systems.

●    Proficiency in English is required.
