About the Role (Active Talent Pool)

We are building an active talent pool of Finance & Accounting professionals for current and upcoming opportunities with our global clients. By applying to this talent pipeline, your profile will be proactively reviewed for immediate and future matching client roles. These positions support core finance functions such as accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.

Depending on the client’s needs, opportunities range from junior to senior individual contributors supporting finance leaders, controllers, or CFOs in day-to-day financial operations.

• Role Status: Active Talent Pooling (Immediate & Future Client Placement)
• Work Arrangement: Typically fully remote, with varying shift schedules depending on client location (SG, AU, US, UK, etc.)

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities vary depending on the specific client role, but typically include:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and review financial reports, reconciliations, and month-end or year-end close requirements.
• Leverage AI-assisted finance tools and automation (e.g., automated document processing, AI reconciliation features, or predictive reporting) to streamline financial workflows and reporting efficiency.
• Process invoices, payments, credit notes, and expense claims.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis using data tools and smart spreadsheets.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Work with accounting systems and tools (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support audits, reporting, and operational needs.

What You Bring

• Experience in finance, accounting, or related roles (level varies by opportunity).
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled finance tools or AI productivity software (e.g., AI features in ERPs, ChatGPT/Claude for financial analysis/formulas, automated OCR for invoice processing, or AI reconciliation tools).
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems (Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (including advanced functions or AI Copilot add-ins).
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote setup.
