FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF

About the role

An accounting and finance role responsible for recording and processing daily financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and providing financial support to business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Record and process daily financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account reconciliation
• Prepare and analyse routine financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Assist in budget preparation and conduct variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal procedures
• Provide financial and accounting support for business initiatives and company projects
• Coordinate with other departments to collect and verify financial data
• Assist in preparation of financial documentation and filing

About you

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-3 years of work experience in Accounting and Finance functions
• Good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and applicable regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for financial analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• English language capability
