About the role
Accounting Staff position based at the head office in Bali. Tabu Design is a company with core competence in design and production of high-end furniture for wholesale and hospitality projects worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Create financial accounting records
- Post operational journal entries
- Record financial transactions
- File documents through the Company ERP system (Odoo)
- Verify factory financial documents
- Perform reconciliation and data adjustments
- Manage accurate inventory
- Manage petty cash budgeting, payments and reporting
- Prepare reports and data analysis required by the Company related to factory matters including material consumption, employee overtime, subcontractor payments, and other related matters
About you
- Minimum S1 education in Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Domiciled in Badung / Denpasar area
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Odoo/other) is an added value
- Fluent English is an added value
