Finance & Accounting Staff

QUALIFICATIONS

-Female Maximum 35 years old

-Minimum education SMA/SMK, D3/S1 in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, Business Administration

-Minimum 1 year of work experience as Finance & Accounting staff (Fresh graduates are welcome)

-Strong understanding of accounting principles, the accounting cycle, and financial statement preparation

-Able to perform journal entries, bank reconciliations, account receivable and accounts payable management, as well as financial administration

-Knowledge of Indonesian Taxation, including VAT (PPN) and withholding tax (PPh), is in advantage

-Proficient in Ms. Excel including formulas such as SUM, IF, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Index-Match, Pivot Table and data processing

-Experience using Accounting software such as Accurate, Jurnal.id, SAP, Odoo or similar systems is in advantage.

-Highly detail oriented, honest, efficient and well organized in maintaining documentation

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

-Able to communicate in English (Daily Conversation)

-Able to work under pressure, both with the team and other divisions
