Role Purpose:
Responsible for accurate and timely bill passing, statutory compliances, monthly/annual accounts closing, vendor reconciliation, stock reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable & Receivable management
• Bill passing for inward/outward materials, transporters and service bills
• Advance settlement and vendor balance reconciliation
• Inventory receiving account and AP reconciliation
• Scrap invoice generation and customer review
• Monthly/annual trial balance preparation
• Closing stock of finished goods, stores and spares
• Inter-unit / Inter-SBU and GL account reconciliation
• AP Trial Balance vs. GL control account reconciliation
• Salary JV and provision posting
• Fixed Asset Register and depreciation computation
• Capital Work in Progress tracking
• GST credit reconciliation and GST return filing
• Statutory dues computation and timely payment
• Indirect tax reconciliation and statutory records
