FINANCE & ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities :

Administrative:

• Manage daily cash positioning and cash book

• Execute payment activities in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining robust internal controls and compliance with treasury policies

• Prepare and present actual cash flow and cash balance reports to management, ensuring clear and timely visibility of liquidity positions

• Manage end to end bank account administration, including accounts openings, mandate and signatory updates, and account changes or closures

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation

• Account receivables:

• Prepare and issue all customers invoices and receipts, ensuring accuracy in pricing and customers details.

• Submits E-invoices through accounting system

• Track customer’s outstanding payments, reconcile bank records daily and conduct follow ups to ensure timely collections.

• Coordinate and support annual audit, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Minimum Requirement :

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or business admin

• Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience

• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

• Working knowledge of Microsoft office

• Prefer Mandarin speaking candidates (SPEAK, READ and WRITE in MANDARIN) to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleague & clients)

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while meet deadlines.
