Finance & Accounts Intern

Meetings & Committee Responsibilities:

• Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points.
• Take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns with appropriate departments.
• Maintain statutory books, including registers of members and directors.
• Handle correspondence, collate information, write reports and communicate decisions to relevant company stakeholders.
• Liaise with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers and auditors.

Legal & Compliance Responsibilities:

• Work with different stakeholders within and outside the business to identify and execute key opportunities for the business to meet regulatory compliance goals.
• Adhere to all rules and regulations concerning the company practices and procedures.
• Supporting compliance with all statutory requirements and working with internal and external agencies to carry out legal compliance audits.
• All ROC related compliances including preparation & filing of various forms such as MGT-14, DIR-12, PAS-6, DPT-3, AOC-4, MGT-7, CHG-1, CHG-4, INC-28, DIR-3 KYC, TIR-3 KYC web etc.
• Liaisoning with the registrar of compliance.
• Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
• Liaisoning with other intermediaries like depositories, RTAs, etc.
• Preparing All Board Resolutions.
• To keep proper track of all agreements along with their expiry date.
• To ensure compliance of all Companies Act Sections/Rules with respect to transactions entered into by the company.
• Related Party compliances of ROC for related party transactions done by the company.
• Compliance tracker of ROC.
• Compliances with respect to equity share capital of the company (Transferred, gift deed, share Valuation, etc.) 2012 to 2023.
• Drive simplification.
• Make requisite regulatory filings.
