Finance and Accounts Intern

We are hiring Finance Trainee Interns for our 6-month Training + Project Internship program in Pune. Selected candidates will first undergo 3 months of structured training in Core Finance Accounting, SAP FICO and Power BI, followed by a 3-month project internship where they work on 3 industry-level projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Training Phase (Months 1-3)

• Learn Core Finance Accounting: financial statements, AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, month-end and year-end closing, GST and TDS basics
• Learn SAP FICO modules: FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing)
• Learn Power BI: data modeling, DAX basics, finance dashboards and MIS reporting
• Complete assignments, assessments and practical exercises

Internship Phase (Months 4-6)

• Work on 3 industry-level projects:
• End-to-end financial accounting process in SAP FICO
• Controlling and cost analysis project
• Finance MIS dashboard using Power BI
• Process and record business transactions in SAP
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards
• Support the team with reconciliations, documentation and reporting
• Present project work and findings to mentors

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA or related degree
• Basic knowledge of accounting concepts
• Basic computer and MS Excel skills
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Eager to learn and build a career in SAP FICO and finance analytics
• Willing to work from the Pune location
