Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Intern to support our day-to-day financial operations and procurement activities. This internship is ideal for candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting, finance operations, vendor coordination, and inventory management within a technology startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting entries and financial record maintenance.
• Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and reimbursement management.
• Help with bank reconciliations and maintaining financial data accuracy.
• Assist in preparing basic financial and operational reports.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, and follow-ups.
• Support procurement activities for components, raw materials, and office requirements.
• Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and inventory updates.
• Assist in documentation for GST, TDS, and audit-related processes.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of finance-related documents.
• Support the operations team with administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing B.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Zoho Books or accounting tools is an added advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
