We are German Multinational Company seeking for qualified candidate for the following position :

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

General Requirements :

·         Fluent in English both verbal & written is a must

·         Candidate Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Finance/Accounting or equivalent.

·         Should have knowledge and preparing Finansial Statement such as Balance sheet, Profit and Loss.

·         Should have knowledge of Taxation (PPh 21, PPh Unifikasi, PPh Badan) and coretax system

·         Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning and analysis

·         Supporting audit activities and preparing required documentation for external and internal auditors

·         Computer Literate, Ms. Office & Know Accounting system (Accurate) is prefered

·         Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support all financial transactions and reporting

·         At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·         Honest, trustworthy, pleasant personality, good in interpersonal and communication skill, high discipline, motivation and responsible.

·         Willing to work in Kelapa Gading – Jakarta Utara

·         Collaborating with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accurate cost allocation

What we're looking for

·         A qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Diploma or Bachelor's degree)

·         Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably within a similar organisation or industry

·         Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements

·         Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting

·         Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and rectify errors in financial data

·         Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

·         Solid understanding of the full accounting cycle, from transaction recording to financial statement preparation

·         Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain financial information clearly

·         Reliability and integrity in handling sensitive financial information and maintaining confidentiality

·         Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting systems and processes

·         Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management is preferred

·         Knowledge of internal controls and audit procedures is advantageous
