该职位来源于猎聘 Position Objective: Provide support to the Group and BU’s financial and actuarial functions, focusing on finance/actuarial process review and enhancement. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Finance and Actuarial transformation projects across Group and Business Units.
• Drive end-to-end project management including planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk management and delivery tracking.
• Partner with Finance, Actuarial, Operations, Data and IT teams to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Support enhancement of Finance and Actuarial reporting processes including IFRS 17 and local reporting initiatives.
• Participate in AI and GenAI initiatives from a business implementation perspective including use case assessment, requirements gathering, UAT, change management and deployment support.
• Collaborate with technology and data teams to leverage analytics, cloud and data platforms.
• Support evaluation and implementation of workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions and reporting tools.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain a continuous improvement mindset. Job Requirements:
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Finance, Actuarial, Finance Transformation, Technology Transformation, Business Analysis, or Project Management roles.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects involving Finance, Actuarial, Business, and Technology stakeholders.
• Good understanding of financial and/or actuarial processes within insurance or financial services organizations.
• Experience managing digital transformation, process automation, data, analytics, or AI-enabled business initiatives.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI applications from a business implementation perspective, including use case assessment, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, user testing, change management, and deployment support.
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
